Returns & Refunds Policy
CSMFL Publications prides itself on delivering high-quality, print-on-demand books to our readers. Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, we have a No Returns policy, with exceptions only under specific circumstances as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
Books that have been shipped cannot be returned due to the custom nature of print-on-demand.
Exceptions
Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled and refunded in full.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify CSMFL Publications within 7 days of order delivery. Please provide clear evidence of the defect so we can assess and approve the return.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, CSMFL Publications will replace the defective copies with new ones at no additional cost to the customer.
The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping of the defective copies. CSMFL Publications will reimburse the return shipping costs for approved manufacturing defects.
Transit Damages
Minor damages caused during transit, such as slight bends or creases, are not considered manufacturing defects.
For significant damage incurred during transit, CSMFL Publications will replace the damaged copy with a new one.
Return Shipping
Customers must securely package the defective copies and provide a tracking number when returning items.
CSMFL Publications will process the replacement once the returned copies are received and inspected.
